˝Alternatives to Pre - Trial Detention˝
On April 25th 2024, the first of two international seminars under the RELEASE project entitled "Alternatives to Pre-trial Detention" took place in Bratislava.
The seminar provided a platform for exploring diverse national and European strategies concerning alternatives to pre-trial detention.
Additionally, the seminar highlighted findings from partner jurisdictions' studies on pre-trial detention methods, focusing on both the utilization and efficacy of alternative measures. Attended by over 50 participants, including prosecutors, attorneys, and legal experts from partner jurisdictions, the event fostered robust exchanges of valuable insights and best practices through organized discussions and collaborative working groups.
